Lois Guerin

Lois Jane Guerin, 89, of West Lafayette, passed away Friday evening May 28, 2021 at IU Arnett Hospital in Lafayette. She had resided in the community for the past 25 years, moving from northwest Indiana. She was born in Chicago, IL February 29, 1932, the daughter of the late Theodore and Almanda (Currier) McMann. Her marriage was to Emile James Guerin at Dyer, IN August 8, 1987, and he preceded her in death. Lois was an accountant for the United Consumer Club for many years, and was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church and the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Post 492, both in West Lafayette, IN. She is survived by three daughters, Karen Joy Pulliam (Scott) of Lafayette, IN; Deborah Lynn Catania (Vincent) of Crown Point, IN and Pamela Jean Makely (Tom) of Dent, MN along with seven grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A private service for the family will be held at a later date. Friends are encouraged to donate or volunteer time to a cause meaningful to them.
