Leah Kendall

Leah Jane Kendall, 91, of Linden, IN passed away at her residence Monday evening, August 16, 2021. She was born in Mitchell, IN February 15, 1930, the daughter of the late Carl E. and Madge M. (Cox) Chastain and a graduate of Mitchell, IN High School. Leah married R. Clayton Kendall July 3, 1949 in Mitchell, IN and he preceded her in death December 28, 2016. She was a homemaker and a member of the former St. Paul Community Church in Linden, where she had served as the church organist. Leah liked her outings to shop at Wal Mart and enjoyed watching the Hallmark Channel. Surviving is a daughter, Judith A. Stull of Linden and a son, Mark A. Kendall (wife Peggy) of Lafayette. Also surviving are five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and son-in-law, David Stull. Friends may call from 11:00 AM until the funeral service at 12:00 PM Friday August 20 at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home in Linden, Pastor Marry Hollis officiating.
