Dennis Goodman

Dennis W. Goodman, 71, of Fowler, IN passed away at Franciscan East Hospital in Lafayette, IN Saturday January 15, 2022 after a brief illness. Dennis was born in Fowler January 29, 1950, the son of the late Lawrence and Yvonne (Pilotte) Goodman and was a 1969 graduate of Benton Central High School. Following graduation, he served in the U. S. Air Force for ten years, and located to Phoenix, AZ for over twenty years where he was employed as an accountant for CIGNA Hospital. He relocated back to Fowler a few years ago, and served as the Veterans Service Officer for Benton County. Dennis was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, American Legion Post 57 and AmVets Post 102, all in Fowler. Surviving are nine siblings, James Goodman (Jackie) of Anderson, IN, Richard Goodman (Deb) of Fowler, IN, Kathy Budreau (Ron) of Fowler, IN, Diane Drake of Flower, IN, Pat Muller (Ed) of Lafayette, IN, Vicky Toole (Mike) of West Lafayette, IN, Karen Vaught (Mark) of West Lafayette, IN, Cheryl Grubb (Mike) Of Lafayette, IN and Carol McGrath of Fowler, IN. He was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold Goodman and two sisters, Janet Guimond and Louise McGary. A private interment service will be held at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Fowler, Fr. Robert Klemme officiating, with military rites by American Legion Post 57 and AmVets Post 102. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at the AmVets Post 102, 116 E 5th Street, in Fowler on Saturday February 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
