Wendell Bussell, Jr

Wendell E. Bussell, Jr., 55, of Lafayette, was found at his residence Saturday Sept. 17, 2011 following failing health of several years. Mr. Bussell was born in Middlesboro, KY. December 5, 1955 the son of Barbara J, Cavins Kilgore and the late Wendell E. Bussell, Sr. He formerly was employed in maintenance at Rea Wire and Purdue University, and was a member of the Earthbridge Club. Surviving with his mother are 3 daughters, Wendella Hanson and Christina Platt of Lafayette, IN.; Jessica Platt of TN.; a son, Cody Mulvey of TX.; and a sister, Diana Whaley of Lafayette. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette one hour prior to the service at 11:00 AM Wednesday, Rev. Dr. R.
