Patricia E. Vail, 70, of Linden, IN. died at St. Vincent Hospice 1:05 PM Tuesday March 10, 2009. She had been a patient at St. Vincent's Hospital for the past week. Born December 30, 1938 in Lafayette, IN. the daughter of the late Maurice L. and Leona Pendleton Miller, she was a 1956 graduate of Linden High School. She married Harlan R. Vail at Linden, IN. September 1, 1958, and he survives. Mrs. Vail worked for 54 years at Clark Truck Equipment in Linden, having just retired in February. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary at Crawfordsville. Surviving with her husband is a son, Leslie R. Vail of Linden; and 2 brothers, Larry Miller (wife Donna) of Pine Village, IN. and Jerry Miller (wife Cindy) of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews and 2 great-nieces. Preceded in death by twin daughters at birth. Friends may call at the HAHN-GROEBER FUNERAL HOME, Linden, from 5 until 8 PM Friday. Funeral services at the funeral home 11:00 AM Saturday, Rev. Dr. R.
