Matthew Peterson

Matthew F. Peterson, 27, of Lafayette, died Thursday May 28, 2009. Born in Lafayette Jan. 26, 1982, he was the son of Marcia K. Miller Peterson and the late Francis P. Peterson. He was a 2000 graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School. Mr. Peterson had been employed at Purdue University. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Lafayette. Surviving with his mother is a sister, Megan Peterson of Lafayette. Also surviving are his maternal gandfather, Walter A. Miller of Lafayette; and paternal grandmother, Evelyn Peterson of Lafayette. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Carlene Y. Miller; and paternal grandfather, Francis L. Peterson. Private family services were held.
