Marjorie Brenner Hazelbaker

100, passed away May 12, 2014 in Palm Bay, FL. She was born June 16, 1913 in Lafayette, IN to the late Michael and Emilie Glasser Brenner.
She was a graduate of Jefferson High School in 1931 and the Chicago Presbyterian Hospital School of Nursing in 1935.
She worked for the Lafayette Board of Health from 1948 to 1976 as the Parochial School Nurse and was also a private duty nurse during those same years.
She was a member of the Lafayette Catholic Nurses, the American Red Cross and the Red Hat Ladies.
Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband Hartzel Harless Hazelbaker (1995) and six brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her three children, Merle Kaye (Earl) Heninger of Melbourne, FL, Carol (Mike) Snyder of Zionsville, IN,
Wm. Michael Hazelbaker of Wentzville, MO., her sister Virginia Brenner Kicho of Huntington Beach, CA. and13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette from 11:00 AM until the service at 12:00 PM noon Saturday June 7, Fr. Tom Stepanski officiating.
