Londa Elaine Campbell

January 29, 1958 — January 20, 2026

Oxford

"No State commands such fierce pride and Loyalty. Lesser mortals are pitied for their misfortune in not being born in Texas" Queen Elizabeth II 1991

Londa Campbell believed this wholeheartedly. She had such love and pride for her home state. She thought Texas was the best state ever and instilled that love for Texas in her children. She would take them on vacation within Texas and stop at every historical marker along the way so that they would know why Texas was amazing.
Besides her love of Texas, she loved her family. This past summer, she celebrated 35 years of marriage to her husband, Robert. In 2000, they were sealed in the temple for all time and eternity. She loved being a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was also an adoptive grandmother to her Indiana Family, the Whiteman's, with whom she enjoyed spending time with. She enjoyed teaching Primary at church and loved to spoil the kids in her class. She was sad when she and Robert were no longer able to attend in person. Londa was a loyal friend and was great about calling them regularly to check in, even though they were far apart.

Londa Elaine Campbell was born January 29, 1958, in Big Spring, Texas, to Wesley and Lillie Hendricks. She passed away in her home, surrounded by loved ones, on January 20th 2026, in Oxford, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Stacy Hendricks. She is survived by her husband, Robert Campbell, and her children, Sarah Padilla, Jack Copeland III, Crystal Burchard, and Benjamin Burchard. Londa leaves behind grandchildren, Jonathan Bynum, Jacob Bynum, Bradley Batten, Rebekah Bynum, Billy Joe Batten, Jesse Bynum, August Burchard, Anaya Bynum, and Jaxon Copeland. She also leaves behind her two sisters, Deborah Vaughn and Kelly Kelley, great-grandchildren, the Whiteman family, and numerous other family members.
