Leota Reynolds

Leota Mae Reynolds, 86, of Pine Village, IN. passed away Friday Sept. 27, 2013 at 11:05 PM at her home. She was born June 13, 1927 in Templeton, IN to the late Charles and Ruth Laird Reid. Leota attended school in Ambia and Oxford, IN.. She married Maurice Reynolds on December 30, 1964 in Pine Village, IN. and he survives. Surviving with her husband is a son, Tim (wife Madalene) Reynolds of Boswell, IN.; a sister, Joanne Peercy of Oxford, IN.; a daughter-in-law, Jackie Maxson of Ambia, IN.; ten grandchildren, Tracie, Jamie, Gary, Jr., David, Matt (wife Wendy), Ben, Corey (wife Erin), Tim (wife Lisa) Maxson, Travis Reynolds and Larissa Gregory; ninteen great-grandchildren, Amanda and Angela Taylor, Austin, Hanna, Courtney, Harley, Rowan, Rain, MaKayla, Heather, Jessica, Kayia, Race, Schuy, Brooke, Mika, and Caleb Maxson; Cali and Gunnar Gregory; and one great-great-grandchils, Alysia Marie. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Cheak and two sons, Gary and Mike Maxson. Leota enjoyed watching her sons, Mike and Tim race; mushrooming with longtime friend, Lisa Purcell-Wigley; fishing with her sons and grandsons; traveling with her husband and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
