James Weigle

James Lee Weigle, 73, of Lafayette, passed away at his residence 5:13 AM Monday October 2, 2017. He was born in Lafayette May 4, 1944, the son of the late Orville R. and Martha Louise Smith Weigle and was a graduate of Klondike High School. James was a retired employee of Rostone Corporation. He enjoyed fishing and hunting, gardening, and had a love of old cars. James especially loved to spend time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Surviving are two daughters, Terry Lynne Weigle of Lafayette; Kimberly Larson (Troy) of Attica; and by three brothers, Robert and Ronald Weigle of Lafayette and Larry Weigle of Humble, TX. Also surviving are six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, 1104 Columbia St., Lafayette at 7:00 PM Friday Oct. 6.
