Grady E. Terrill, 87 of 25 Creekview Ct. Lafayette died 10:55 am Saturday, November 7, 2009 at Clarian Arnett Hospital. He was born April 24, 1922 in Magnolia, Ky to the late Luther E. and Margaret Terrill. He graduated from Magnolia High School. He moved to Lafayette in 1951. He worked at the Delphi Stone Quarry for 36 years, retiring in 1987. He served in the Army's 95th Cavalry in WWII.
Surviving are a daughter, Noretta A. Campbell, a son, Gary E. (wife:Sandy) Terrill, both of Lafayette, and 3 sisters, Lucy Heath of Florence, Ky, Lillian Talley of Magnolia, Ky and Gerry Kennedy of Louisville, Ky.
Friends may call from 5pm until time of service at 7pm Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Hahn-Groeber Funeral Home, Lafayette. Funeral 7pm Wednesday with Rev. Dr. Clayton Kendall officiating. Cremation will follow. Memorials may be made to Fishing has no boundaries. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by 2 brothers, Joe & Jessie and 3 sisters Mary, Virginia & Ruby.
