Gary Terrill

Gary E. Terrill, age 60, of Lafayette, died at Clarian Arnett Hospital Monday January 24, 2011 at 6:30 PM after a lengthy battle with cancer. Mr. Terrill was born in Larue County, KY. October 21, 1950, the son of the late Grady and Lillie Noe Terrill. He married Sandy A. Young in Lafayette, IN. March 26, 1976 and she survives. Mr. Terrill had worked at Rostone Corporation 32 years before retiring. He was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Aerie 347 and served for many years as the director of the girls softball league at the Eagles; played softball and helped operate the Mar Len Softball League; enjoyed bowling; was a Nascar fan; New York Yankees fan; University of Kentucky fan and loved spending time with his grandson. Surviving with his wife is a daughter, Garianne Bruce (husband Bradley) of Lafayette, IN.; 2 brothers, Victor King (wife Brenda) of Ft. Wayne, IN.; Don Noe of Indianapolis, IN.; and a sister Noretta Campbell of Lafayette, IN. Also surviving is a grandson, Owen Bruce. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers.
