Florence Marie Buss, 84, of Indianapolis and formerly of Lafayette, died at Indiana University Health in Indianapolis 5:10 AM Tuesday March 22, 2011. Mrs. Buss was born in Jeanerette, Louisiana October 8, 1926, the daughter of the late Dewey and Lillian Landry Migues, and was a graduate of Jeanerette, Louisiana High School. She had worked as a secretary for an engineering firm in Indianapolis before her retirement. Surviving is a daughter, Deborah Thomas (husband Timothy) of Huntingsburg, IN.; and by 2 sons, Wayne Adrian (wife Leslie) of Indianapolis, IN. and Michael Adrian (wife Sybil) of Nashville, TN. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Sharon Yohler, a brother, Gerald Migues and a sister Joyce Sherville. Private family services will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Monticello, IN.
